award-winning Quantifeel sensor and software solutions. While most of our engineering and
production activities are undertaken in New Brunswick, Canada, our global presence is
increasing with team members located in major centers in North America and Europe.
Smart Skin is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as an HR & Office Administrator. In this role, you will support day-to-day HR administrative activities while also acting as the first point of contact for general administrative tasks in the office. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both human resources and office operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Support the HR team with administrative tasks, including data entry, electronic filing, and maintaining employee records.
- Assist in onboarding processes, including preparing documentation and tracking activities.
- Support scheduling of interviews and meetings for HR and leadership teams. Contribute to a positive candidate experience during the recruitment process.
- Coordinate and maintain HR systems, ensuring accuracy of employee data.
- Respond to employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures, escalating as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information at all times.
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, vendors, and incoming office communications.
- Manage general office duties such as ordering supplies, handling mail, and coordinating office maintenance requests.
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and employee engagement activities.
- Ensure common areas are tidy and well-stocked, contributing to a professional and welcoming office environment.
