Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with project teams under the guidance of the QA Team Lead to evaluate and ensure system quality.
  • Use various methods and tools to test and validate project deliverables.
  • Document test plans, test cases, and test results to ensure clear communication of quality metrics.
  • Identify, document, and track issues or defects and work with teams to resolve them.
  • Contribute to improving QA processes, standards, and tools.
  • Provide timely updates to stakeholders on QA progress and findings.
  • Qualifications

    Must-Have Skills :

  • Proven experience in quality assurance and testing methodologies.
  • Strong knowledge of testing tools and techniques.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in documenting test plans, test cases, and results.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
  • Flexibility to work after hours or weekends when necessary (with pre-approval).
  • Nice-to-Have Skills :

  • Experience with public sector or healthcare-related projects.
  • Familiarity with Agile and other iterative project management methodologies.
  • Knowledge of automated testing tools and frameworks.
