Job description

Perinatal RN (High Risk Labour & Delivery) — Royal Columbian Hospital, New Westminster, BC

🚨 Immediate Placement | ASAP Start – December 31, 2026 🚨

Ready to work? We're ready to place you.

Advanced Care Group (ACG) is hiring Registered Nurses — Perinatal (High Risk Labour & Delivery) for immediate contract placement at Royal Columbian Hospital in New Westminster — one of BC's leading maternity and newborn care centres. This is a fast-moving opportunity with a hiring process built for speed: no red tape, no endless waiting — just a clear path from application to placement.

Openings and dates

  • 2 openings: start ASAP, contract runs through December 31, 2026
  • 12-hour day/night shifts: 0730–1930 / 1930–0730

Why This Role

  • ✅ Immediate placement — we move fast, so you can start earning fast
  • ✅ Top-tier facility — Royal Columbian Hospital is a regional referral centre for maternal-newborn and perinatal care
  • ✅ Supportive management — ACG's team is with you from your first application to your last shift, every step of the way
  • ✅ Competitive contract compensation

What You'll Do

  • Provide direct nursing care to high-risk perinatal patients, with a focus on labour & delivery
  • Monitor maternal and fetal well-being and respond promptly to changes in patient status
  • Collaborate with OB/GYN physicians, midwives, and the broader care team
  • Support patient and family education throughout the perinatal journey
  • Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in line with facility protocols

What You Bring

  • Current, unrestricted BC RN registration (BCCNM)
  • Recent High Risk Labour & Delivery nursing experience
  • NRP certification (current)
  • Strong clinical judgment and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced unit
  • Availability to start immediately

Why ACG

ACG is a Canadian, RN-led, women-owned healthcare staffing organization. We know what nurses need to feel supported on assignment — and we back that up with a hands-on management team that's invested in your success, not just your placement.
