Job description
Be part of something new from the ground up! We are currently hiring reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associates for a brand-new, high-volume logistics and distribution facility in Halifax, Nova Scotia.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing logistics and transportation company that is building a best-in-class team. As one of our first employees at this new facility, you'll enjoy a clean, modern work environment, consistent hours, and a leadership team committed to creating a positive and supportive workplace culture from day one.

Location: 125 Julius Blvd, Near Bayer's Lake, Halifax, NS

Multiple Shifts Available: Morning Shifts, Afternoon Shifts

What You Bring
- Previous warehouse, distribution centre, or logistics experience is preferred
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
- Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs on a regular basis
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively in a team environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Responsibilities
Pick and scan orders accurately

Pack and ship orders accurately and efficiently

Receive, unload, and process incoming stock and materials

Handle items weighing up to 50 lbs.

Maintain inventory controls through proper documentation

Maintain clean and organized work areas.

Support team with other warehouse tasks as needed.

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Previous warehouse experience is an asset but not required

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
