Territory : Markham - Oshawa

Base Salary : $85,000-100,000

Commission : 30,000-40,000 (OTE) - Uncapped

Requirements :

  • Minimum of 2 years outside sales / New Business development experience (product industry preferred vs service)
  • Clean driving record
  • Principle Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Engage in active field sales to expand a committed client base across a specific area, enhancing the firm's market presence or share in that region.
  • Construct and oversee strategic plans concerning the client portfolio to boost sales growth and retention effectively.
  • Apply strategic zoning of sales territory through customer potential and historical purchases, organize daily itineraries autonomously, and employ tools for sales efficiency.
  • Present in-person demonstrations of the company's offerings to clients, ensuring a direct and engaging experience.
  • Job Specifications :

  • Secondary education diploma or GED
  • A minimum of one year of prior field sales experience with direct customer interaction. (Open to candidates with 2+ years of inside sales / outbound call experience)
  • Experience in crafting formal sales proposals and quotations for clients. Capability to excel autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
  • Proven track record of cultivating active customer engagements and executing strategic initiatives.
  • Focused on sales results and prioritizing the customer.
  • Expertise in establishing and nurturing professional relationships.
  • Working Conditions :

    This role will involve on-site customer visits and working at their Mississauga office Mondays and Fridays.
