LMC Footcare is part of LMC Healthcare, Canada’s largest specialist care provider, with 65% of all Ontario Endocrinologists practicing within our clinics. As national leaders in diabetes, endocrinology & metabolism, LMC operates 11 multi-disciplinary centres and 20 clinical research sites, transforming care by making it more accessible, comprehensive, and patient-centered.

Professionally managed by Harvard- and Stanford-trained leaders and supported by ongoing private equity investment, LMC offers unmatched clinical infrastructure, mentorship, and long-term stability — all while fostering a collaborative team culture.

Our skilled team consists of Medical Specialists including Endocrinologists, Pharmacists, Optometrists, Nutritionists, Psychologists, Chiropodists, and the Centricity research team. All working together as a cohesive team to best manage patient care.

Patient base:
LMC has developed an extensive internal and external patient referral system which leads to a wide variety of patients seeking care in our clinics. We are committed to providing care and treatment to all types of patients with simple to complex footcare concerns. Our typical patient base consists of patients living with diabetes as well as those with biomechanical concerns as well as skin and nail conditions.

IT systems:
We value being able to provide exceptional care in an efficient manner. Our interconnected PIPPEDA compliant EMR, CRM, online booking, billing, reminder and LMS systems allow just that. Moreover, they allow our entire team to collaborate on patient care.

Our clinics are additionally supported by skilled Medical Office Administrators, so you can focus on patient care while we handle scheduling, patient communications, and administrative tasks.
