About the Opportunity

We're seeking a Bilingual Mortgage Funding Manager to lead a regional team responsible for the efficient and accurate funding and closing of residential mortgage transactions. This leadership role requires strong operational oversight, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.

The Role

As the Bilingual Mortgage Funding Manager, you will oversee a team of Closing Coordinators, ensuring all mortgage closings are completed accurately, on time, and in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. You will also provide coaching, training, and mentorship to your team, identify process improvements, and ensure the organization's service excellence goals are consistently achieved.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Closing Coordinators responsible for mortgage funding and documentation.
• Monitor daily funding activities and ensure compliance with internal policies and lending guidelines.
• Allocate workloads and manage priorities to meet or exceed service-level agreements.
• Identify process inefficiencies, propose improvements, and implement best practices.
• Provide ongoing coaching, performance feedback, and development opportunities to staff.
• Liaise with legal partners, brokers, and third-party service providers to ensure smooth closings.
• Review mortgage files for completeness, accuracy, and timely release of funds.
• Track team performance metrics and prepare regular operational reports.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of mortgage products, market trends, and lending standards.
• Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
