We are recruiting a passionate IPSPL to join a brand new private nursing clinic in Ste-Foy, set to open in the fall of 2025. This position is an exceptional opportunity to contribute to a new model of accessible and human-centered care.

A personalized role based on your expertise:
Assess patients' health status and ensure overall follow-up in primary care.
Prescribe and interpret necessary diagnostic tests.
Make diagnoses and prescribe treatments within your scope of practice.
Provide prevention, education, and support interventions to clients.
Perform certain technical and minor surgical procedures.
Collaborate with nurses, doctors, and other professionals in the clinic.
Supervise and oversee care provided by clinical team members.
Actively participate in the evolution of clinical services based on client needs.
Master's degree in nursing and specialist certificate (IPSPL).
Active member of the OIIQ.
Current CPR certification.
Clinical leadership, professional rigor, and sense of responsibility.
Team spirit, autonomy, adaptability.
Strong interest in innovation, community health, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
Choice of your schedule: full-time or part-time, Monday to Friday, no weekends, no holidays.
No on-call obligations.
Partial remote work possible: for phone follow-ups, clinical notes, etc.
