  • Le programme d'avions commerciaux A220 recherche 1 poste de Soudeur de jour pour rejoindre notre équipe outillage basée à Mirabel (Québec, Canada), où vous travaillerez avec l’équipe outillage.
  • Vous ferez partie de l’équipe outillage chargée de supporter la production travaillant conjointement avec les méthodes outillages.

  • Réaliser des soudures (TIG, MIG, LASER) de haute précision sur différents métaux (acier, aluminium, inox) selon les plans et spécifications techniques;
  • Lire et interpréter des plans d'assemblage, des schémas et des symboles de soudage;
  • Préparer les pièces à souder (nettoyage, meulage, ajustement) et positionner les éléments d'assemblage (gabarits);
  • Inspecter les soudures pour s'assurer de leur conformité aux normes de qualité (contrôle visuel, essais non destructifs);
  • Effectuer la réparation et la modification de structures métalliques, d'outils et de gabarits;
  • Maintenir et entretenir l'équipement de soudage et de coupage;
  • Aviser le superviseur de tous bris ou défectuosités des outils et / ou équipements utilisés;
  • Participer à la formation des nouveaux employés et / ou stagiaires sur les techniques de soudage;

  • DEP en soudage-montage ou équivalent, avec 3 ans d'expérience pertinente;
  • Cartes de qualification de soudeur (un atout);

  • Capacité à lire et interpréter des plans, schémas et dessins techniques (symboles de soudage);
  • Expérience dans l'aéronautique et / ou outillage un atout;

  • The A220 commercial aircraft Programme is looking for 1 Day Shift Welder to join our tooling department team based in Mirabel (Québec, Canada), where you will work with tooling department.
  • You will be part of the tooling team responsible to support the production and work in conjunction with the tooling method group.
  • The team organization is established to promote cross-collaboration autonomously, supporting each other and learning collectively.
  • Your role as a Day Shift Welder will be to perform welding, fabrication, and repair operations on various production tools, jigs, and equipment, adhering to the quality and safety standards of the aerospace industry. You must master different welding and metal fabrication techniques.

  • Perform high-precision welding (TIG, MIG, LASER) on various metals (steel, aluminum, stainless steel) according to plans and technical specifications;
  • Read and interpret assembly drawings, diagrams, and welding symbols;
  • Prepare parts for welding (cleaning, grinding, fitting) and position assembly elements (jigs);
  • Inspect welds to ensure compliance with quality standards (visual inspection, non-destructive testing);
  • Perform repair and modification of metallic structures, tools, and jigs;
  • Maintain and service welding and cutting equipment;
  • Advise supervisor of any broken or defective tools and / or equipment used;
  • Participate in the training of new employees and / or trainees on welding techniques;
  • Enforce company Occupational Health and Safety rules at all times;
  • Your boarding pass :
  • DEP (Vocational Studies Diploma) in welding-fitting or equivalent, with 3 years of relevant experience;
