L’opportunité

Highspring est à la recherche d’un(e) Développeur(se) Mobile expérimenté(e) afin de contribuer au développement et à l’évolution d’applications mobiles modernes. Au sein d’une équipe multidisciplinaire, vous participerez à la conception, au développement, aux essais et à l’optimisation de solutions mobiles basées sur React Native et les technologies JavaScript modernes.

Vous collaborerez étroitement avec les équipes de produits, les architectes, les designers et les développeurs afin de livrer des solutions de qualité répondant aux besoins d’affaires tout en favorisant les meilleures pratiques de développement.

Ce que vous ferez

• Contribuer à la définition et à l’évolution de la vision ainsi que de la feuille de route des produits, applications et solutions technologiques.
• Comprendre les besoins d’affaires et participer à la collecte des exigences techniques.
• Développer des fonctionnalités et services mobiles robustes, performants et maintenables.
• Promouvoir les principes de Clean Code, SOLID ainsi que les méthodologies TDD et BDD.
• Analyser et expliquer les compromis techniques liés aux décisions d’architecture et de développement.
• Collaborer avec les architectes et designers afin d’améliorer la performance, la stabilité, la disponibilité et la sécurité des applications.
• Participer activement aux revues de code et au partage des connaissances au sein de l’équipe.
• Concevoir, exécuter et maintenir les essais unitaires, fonctionnels, d’intégration et de bout en bout.
• Contribuer à l’automatisation des essais et des processus d’assurance qualité.
• Collaborer avec les équipes produit et expérience utilisateur afin de concevoir des expériences numériques engageantes.
• Maintenir une communication continue avec les membres de l’équipe et offrir une rétroaction constructive.
• Participer de façon proactive à la résolution des incidents en production.
• Maintenir la documentation technique et les pratiques de développement à jour.
• Gérer efficacement les priorités et les échéanciers.

Ce que vous apportez

• Baccalauréat en informatique, en génie logiciel ou expérience équivalente.
• Minimum de 5 années d’expérience en développement logiciel.
• Minimum de 2 années d’expérience pratique avec React Native et TypeScript.
• Solides aptitudes en analyse et en résolution de problèmes.
• Expérience au sein d’équipes Agile.
• Excellentes habiletés de collaboration et de communication.
• Maîtrise du français requise.

Compétences clés requises

• Excellente maîtrise de React Native, React, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES2015+), Redux et des bibliothèques d’interface React.
• Expérience dans l’intégration et la consommation d’API RESTful et GraphQL.
• Expérience en développement, déploiement et soutien d’applications mobiles.
• Solides compétences en débogage, profilage et optimisation des performances.
• Connaissance des outils de qualité de code, notamment ESLint.
• Expérience avec les outils de gestion de code source et les pipelines CI/CD tels que GitHub, Jenkins, AppCenter et npm.
• Bonne compréhension des pratiques de développement Agile.

The Opportunity

Highspring is seeking an experienced Mobile Developer to join a dynamic delivery team focused on building and enhancing modern mobile applications. In this role, you will contribute to the design, development, testing, and optimization of mobile solutions using React Native and modern JavaScript technologies.

You will collaborate closely with product teams, designers, architects, and fellow developers to deliver high-quality mobile experiences while promoting engineering best practices, code quality, and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do

• Contribute to the definition and evolution of product, application, and technology roadmaps.
• Understand business needs and participate in technical requirements gathering and solution design.
• Develop high-quality, maintainable, and scalable mobile application features and services.
• Promote engineering best practices, including Clean Code, SOLID principles, and TDD/BDD methodologies.
• Evaluate technical options and clearly communicate architectural and implementation trade-offs.
• Collaborate with architects and designers to improve application performance, reliability, availability, and security.
• Participate actively in peer code reviews and knowledge-sharing activities.
• Design, implement, execute, and maintain unit, integration, functional, and end-to-end tests.
• Contribute to the automation of testing and quality assurance processes.
• Partner with product and UX teams to deliver engaging and intuitive user experiences.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and provide constructive technical feedback.
• Support the investigation and resolution of production incidents.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation and contribute to continuous process improvement.
• Effectively manage priorities and balance competing initiatives.

What You Bring to the Table

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience developing mobile applications with React Native and TypeScript.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience working within Agile delivery teams.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• French language proficiency is required.

Core Skills Required

• Strong proficiency with React Native, React, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES2015+), Redux, and React UI frameworks.
• Experience integrating and consuming RESTful and GraphQL APIs within mobile applications.
• Experience building, deploying, and supporting mobile applications.
• Strong debugging, profiling, and performance optimization skills.
