What You’ll Do

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on plant and production equipment

• Complete machine setups and precision tooling installation

• Conduct welding, lathe, and milling work as needed

• Support machine operators with equipment adjustments

• Diagnose equipment issues and resolve breakdowns

• Work independently while contributing to a team-focused environment

What You Bring

• Red Seal Millwright certification (required)

• Strong troubleshooting and equipment repair experience

• Good working knowledge of industrial mechanical systems

• Experience with welding, machining, and fabrication

• Knowledge of Allen Bradley, Siemens, or Beckhoff systems (asset)

• Computer, PLC, and HMI knowledge (asset)

Shift Schedule

This role operates within a 24/7 manufacturing environment:
2 x 12-hour day shifts → 2 x 12-hour night shifts → 4 days off
