Job description

Location: Winnipeg, MB (onsite)
Competitive Salary
Duration: 6 month

Responsibilities
Interact with customers

Manage all emails

Receive print orders

Determine output requirements

Machine set-up, print and check proofs (may include scanning and document manipulation)

Perform maintenance and repair to maximize customer uptime.

Monitor and manage supplies

Track and store jobs as customer requires for reuse at a future date

Record meter reads, process production forms and maintain records

Billing / month end

Qualifications
Experience with the following equipment & software would be an asset

B&W and colour printer
Freeflow
Bindery equipment


Demonstrate full knowledge of equipment, service offerings and processes.

Able to operate large centralized digital equipment
Able to detect production inconsistencies and quality issues
Operation of PC applications in networked environment
Able to lift and move 50 pounds
Good communications skills (oral and written)
Willingness to learn and take direction
Able to work with others in a team atmosphere with minimal supervision
Other duties as assigned
