K4 Integration is actively seeking a full-time Company Coordinator to support our services and products for industrial weighing applications in Northern Ontario and the Abitibi region of Quebec. This role involves project management responsibilities related to Industrial Weighing Solutions and Products.

The ideal candidate is bilingual (French and English), well-organized, customer service-oriented, and has knowledge in instrumentation and / or mechanics / hydraulics, which is considered an asset.

This technical position requires excellent communication skills in both French and English (written and oral), along with the ability to multitask and demonstrate strong organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities :

• Inventory control
• Shipping and receiving
• Project document control, coordination, scheduling, and purchase order management
• Purchasing, ordering materials, and parts sourcing
• Instrument coordination and invoicing
• Parts inventory control
• Inside sales
• Scheduling assistance for technicians (service work)
• Safety documents and website coordination
• Managing safety documents and procedures
• Collaborating with clients and suppliers to analyze and select the best weighing solutions for applications
• Providing attentive customer service and suggesting alternatives or related products when necessary
• Supporting our team of Measurement Canada accredited field technicians
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve weighing issues
• Coordinating weekly schedules for field services, installations, and calibrations with team managers and technicians
