TRS Staffing Solutions has an exciting opportunity for a Mechanical Engineering Lead to work for an amazing EPCM client in Vancouver, BC. This position comes with a great opportunity to work on medium to large sized projects.
Responsibilities :
- Track and analyze key material quantities, providing forecasts and insights.
- Execute advanced hydraulic calculations for slurry and solutions.
- Develop design guidelines.
- Oversee procurement, permitting, and subcontracting activities for equipment and materials.
- Address and resolve intricate engineering challenges.
- Create specifications and conduct technical evaluations for various mineral processing equipment.
- Offer independent recommendations for complex problem-solving aligned with project goals.
- Review and ensure vendor documentation meets project standards, resolving any discrepancies.
- Utilize cost-effective strategies to deliver optimal project solutions for engineering tasks.
Perform additional tasks as required.
Qualifications :
Demonstrate attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently within time constraints.
