This job allows you to have a direct impact on the efficiency of our operations, using your advanced data processing and management skills to support proactive and informed decision-making. Your role :

• Act as a data specialist, develop an in-depth knowledge of Customer data, lead processing performance data pan bank and Marketing data in constant interrelationship with the various stakeholders.
• Analyze Customer and Marketing data to identify opportunities, optimize processes, and support the organization's strategic goals.
• Collaborate in the design, preparation, and maintenance of advanced dashboards, analytics, and reports to facilitate proactive decision-making.
• Develop, automate, and put into production data processing processes using technologies such as SQL, Snowflake, Databricks, and Bitbucket and SAS.
• Create and maintain data pipelines to ensure a continuous flow of actionable insights for decision-making teams.
• Present insights from data in a clear and concise way.
