SUMMARY
Reporting to the Director Financial Reporting, the Master Data Analyst is responsible for managing all the master data in our financial system such as vendors, customers, chart of accounts, entities, banking and employee’s information.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Obtain, update and maintain the financial database and ensure accuracy and completeness
- Develop, document and maintain policies for effective data management
- Formulate techniques for quality data collection
- Implement efficient and secure procedures for data handling and analysis
- Verify data integrity and resolve discrepancies
- Act as a Super User to ERP users :

Education
Diploma or Degree in Administration or Information Technology or working towards same experience
EXPERIENCE
- Proven experience as Master Data Analyst
- Bilingual (French and English)
- Microsoft D365 Business experience (preferable)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to details
- Problem solving skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
