About the job
A Financial Data Analyst leverages and manages data that is consumed by the world’s most elite financial institutions by applying structured thinking and leveraging technology. The scope ranges across the full data lifecycle, from acquisition, normalization, consolidation, validation, remediation, preparation and distribution of data about instruments, legal entities, corporate actions, prices, quantitative data structures (curves, volatility surfaces, correlation matrixes, etc.) and common reference data such as calendars, countries, etc.

What you’ll do
Manage data about financial products, corporate actions, prices, legal entities, valuation data structures and common reference data that is consumed by 500+ clients of TS Imagine around the worldEnsure and enhance the integrity of our mission-critical data offeringLearn finance from the data upMake and implement recommendations to prevent reoccurring issues and automate manual processesAutomate processes and enhance data with Basic SQL, Python, and JavaScriptYou should have
Robust knowledge of pricing models for financial instruments and OTC dealsFamiliarity with financial productsExperience in trading, portfolio management, risk management or margin managementA Master’s degree in a quantitative field such as financial engineering, physics or mathematics from a reputable universityA good understanding of risk management methodologies such as VaR and stress testingFamiliarity with the terms and conditions of instruments in fixed income, commodities, FX, crypto, equity and their derivativesBasic SQL, Python and JavaScriptKnowledge of Data Vendors, such as Bloomberg, Refinitiv, ICE or FactSetA CFA and / or FRM or be a candidate pursuing oneRelevant financial internship experienceMaster data management (instruments, corporate actions and valuation data), metadata management, data quality management or data governanceWhy TS Imagine / Benefits
