We are looking for a talented individual with experience in the transportation industry to oversee routes and driver efficiency. This role includes administrative tasks, customer service, and general transport coordination.

Advantages
Title: Route and Driver Coordinator
Location: Chambly
Schedule: Monday to Friday from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM
Salary: Between $55,000 and $60,000 depending on experience, reviewed annually!
Insurance: Comprehensive insurance program, 55% covered by the employer
Retirement: RRSP program with an employer contribution matching 1% of the salary

Responsibilities
- Urgently dispatch Express pickups and strategically audit planned routes to maximize efficiency.

- Track and manage the lifecycle of undelivered parcels, returns, and missed pickups, turning unexpected logistical hurdles into seamless resolutions.

- Onboard new broker-drivers, manage departures, and maintain the broker network at its peak performance level.

- Analyze weekly transit metrics (tracking efficiency, delays, and missed windows) to help us continuously optimize.

- Conduct on-site truck inspections to guarantee full compliance with brand standards, safety equipment, and uniform guidelines.

- Maintain up-to-date databases for fleet vehicles, license plates, broker contacts, and operational records.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, expertly managing inquiries and proactively communicating pickup and delivery updates.

- Investigate delivery errors and collaborate directly with brokers to quickly implement corrective measures.

- Manage weekly bank file updates and financial adjustments with high attention to detail.

Qualifications
- 2 to 5 years of experience in the logistics or transportation sector in dispatching, logistics, administration, or customer service
- Excellent organization and priority management
- Good written and verbal communication
- Proficiency in Excel and comfort with computer systems
