  • Job Summary

    The Customer requests coordinator will be responsible for supporting the team of analysts throughout the request handling process, while ensuring a high level of quality both for the proposals submitted to the clients and for the information entered in the systems. This person will be the main point of contact for the various customers, both internal (sales rep, customer solutions, departmental leader) and external (customers). This is a customer-service oriented role, with a significant administrative component. The ideal candidate is comfortable navigating in an environment where the answers are not all known in advance and often require research and communication. As the transportation sector is constantly evolving, this is a position that requires the ability to adapt and a pro-active spirit.

    Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate request management process.
  • Maintain and organize all the various cases.
  • Work in partnership with the different departments (sales, operations, etc.).
  • Validation and data entry.
  • Actively participate in the bidding and pricing process.
  • Provide technical, administrative, and operational support.
  • Required Skills

  • 1 year experience.
  • Requirements

  • Post-secondary education in a field related to the position or combination of studies and relevant experience.
  • Intermediate / advanced knowledge of the Microsoft suite.
