On behalf of our client, Matchbox Consulting is seeking a service  Maintenance Technician / Handyman  with a background in carpentry and drywall to join their growing team in Vancouver, BC. Our client is a trusted provider of property maintenance services specializing in residential and commercial properties. Known for their commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, they offer a wide range of maintenance and repair services to keep properties in top condition.

This role would provide stability always from constantly moving job sites and lots of service interactions with customers and clients.

Responsibilities :

• Install and repair drywall, including paneling, taping, mudding, sanding, and finishing.
• Install and repair cabinetry, including kitchen and bathroom cabinets, shelves, and custom woodwork.
• Apply paint, stains, and finishes to a variety of interior and exterior surfaces.
• Complete work orders in a timely manner, ensuring high-quality results.
• Communicate with clients to schedule work, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain inventory of tools and materials to ensure projects run smoothly.
