Responsibilities
- Perform repairs and maintenance tasks at various locations, coordinating with sub-trades as needed.
- Address maintenance requests from residents, including minor electrical, plumbing, and general repairs.
- Conduct property walkthroughs, identifying and reporting issues to management.
- Inspect and maintain mechanical and electrical equipment to ensure safety and functionality.
- Assist with exterior maintenance, including snow removal and grounds upkeep.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections and service requests, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
Requirements
- Physical ability to perform maintenance tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and basic computer skills
- Knowledge of building codes, including the Residential Tenancy Act and Occupational Health and Safety regulations.
- Experience with building systems and general repairs.
- Access to vehicle and clean driving record is required.
