Maintenance Technician / Process Control Equipment Mechanic
Location : Vancouver, BC
Salary : Starting at $25 an hr.
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager and under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor, the Process Control Equipment Mechanic is responsible for the repairs and preventive maintenance of BVCC buildings and equipment.
Key Accountability / Responsibilities :
- Ensure that equipment that requires external calibrations are monitored to have the calibration carried out by qualified calibration services to comply with requirements of ISO 17025.
- Comply with all occupational safety regulations, laboratory safety procedures and as required, requirements of ISO Quality System SOPs.
- Act in a safe and professional manner and wear appropriate attire including the required personal protective equipment (PPE).
