Reporting to theService Manager, the Shop Foreman is responsible for ensuring the proper repairand servicing of all the vehicles taken in by the service department andmaintaining technician productivity at levels determined by service management.This task is accomplished by providing direct on-the-job assistance totechnicians, coordinating and conducting training, inspecting job for propercompletion, and creating an environment for high productivity throughmotivational leadership and effective administration.
