About the Role :
We're seeking a skilled and experienced Production Supervisor to join our client's team in Vaughan. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 to 7 years+ of supervisory experience in manufacturing and a proven ability to lead hourly associates in a team environment. This position supervises all assigned hourly employees during the shift, focusing on safety, product quality, efficiency, and cost control.
Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise, coach, and support hourly associates to achieve production goals and maintain a safe work environment.
- Monitor and enforce safety standards, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Oversee daily production operations, ensuring product quality and efficiency are maintained.
- Implement cost control measures while meeting production deadlines.
- Facilitate effective communication between team members and other departments.
- Address and resolve any production issues, employee concerns, or operational challenges.
- Ensure all shift documentation is completed accurately and timely.
