About the Role
As our Inventory Control & Ops Coordinator, you will oversee inventory management and coordinate daily warehouse operations. Your responsibilities include monitoring stock levels, implementing inventory systems, collaborating with teams to optimize workflows, ensuring safety and quality standards, and supporting data-driven decisions to enhance productivity and reduce supply chain issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inventory levels to support production demands and prevent discrepancies.
- Maintain inventory control systems and best practices.
- Coordinate warehouse and production operations to optimize resources.
- Conduct inventory audits and reconciliations.
- Work with procurement, production, and logistics teams for timely materials and order fulfillment.
- Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Generate reports to support decision-making.
- Work 40 hours per week (8am-4 : 30pm, Monday-Friday).
