What we need from you :

• Collaborate with the Creative Director, Art Director, graphic designers, and brand leads to conceptualize and design a wide range of creative marketing materials, including digital and social media assets, campaigns, packaging design, advertising layouts, retailer displays, brand videos, photoshoots, and more.
• Bring senior level expertise in delivering on-brand retail and packaging design, promotions, and communications across multiple platforms.
• Execute projects from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality final deliverables that align with brand guidelines.
• Mentor Junior designers, providing guidance and support to ensure creative standards and project timelines are met.
• Possess advantaged knowledge of graphic design, digital design, social media design, and best practices within these disciplines.
• Skilled in quickly developing motion graphics and video edits, leveraging existing static assets or video clips to create dynamic content on the fly.
• Thorough understanding of print production, ensuring designs are optimized for production processes.
• Create visually cohesive and compelling designs that consistently reflect the brand's vision and maintain a strong, unified aesthetic across all touchpoints
• Deliver innovative and creative design solutions, staying ahead of trends while aligning with the brand’s strategic goals.
• Research industry trends and consumer insights, providing recommendations to elevate design strategies and stay competitive.
• Work cross functionally with teams to streamline workflows, optimize efficiencies, and ensure timely access to assets for production deadlines.
• Thrive in a fast paced collaborative environment, effectively managing multiple projects and shifting priorities with ease.
• Perform under pressure, meeting tight deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality and creativity.
• Demonstrate a dynamic, positive, and open-minded attitude, contributing to a collaborative and energetic team culture.
• Work autonomously and as part of a team, balancing individual responsibilities with collective goals.
• Oversee the pre-flight process for all print materials, ensuring accuracy before production, and manage the archiving and retrieval of graphic assets, source files, templates, and related design materials.
