Position Summary:

We are seeking an Executive Assistant. with a senior level of legal experience

Providing day-to-day administrative duties and support to the President & C.E.O.

Skills and Qualifications:

• The successful candidate will work closely with management, legal counsel and other professionals to coordinate and manage day-to-day legal administrative requirements, including contracts, leases, agreements, insurance documentation, legal correspondence, and follow up on outstanding matters.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential.
• Minimum 5 years in an EA role in a construction environment is preferred with a strong legal background to support the President with day-to-day legal and administrative matters.
• Proficiency in word processing, email, Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Excel with strong keyboarding, formatting, proofreading, and grammar skills; accuracy, thoroughness, and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Self-motivated, able to work under pressure and handle change positively.
• Energetic, reliable, and trustworthy.
