Our Sales Support Specialist will play a vital role in supporting our builder and commercial sales teams by handling various responsibilities such as builder take-off, quoting, data management, order entry, coordination of commercial installations and services, supplier / vendor interactions, and maintaining excellent communication with site supervisors, installers, and customers.

JOB SUMMARY :

  • Number of positions to fill : 1
  • Salary : $50,000- $60,000 annually, based on experience.
  • Work hours : 40-hour work week| Monday to Friday
  • Job status : Full-time, Permanent
  • Location : Vaughan, ON (including GTA & surrounding areas)

Barmac Sales Support Specialist Key Responsibilities (Vaughan,ON) :

  • Conduct builder take-offs accurately and efficiently
  • Prepare and deliver timely quotes to builder clients
  • Assist in maintaining builder client relationships and addressing their inquiries
  • Manage commercial data and maintain up-to-date records
  • Ensure accurate and timely order entry for commercial projects
  • Coordinate commercial installation schedules and manage service requests
  • Liaise with suppliers and vendors to procure materials and products
  • Negotiate pricing and terms to ensure cost-effective solutions
  • Collaborate closely with other departments, such as operations, scheduling and customer service, to ensure smooth order processing
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
  • Maintain a positive relationship with customers, site supervisors, and installers
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of sales activities, orders, and interactions
  • Assist in general daily operations to ensure efficient workflow
  • Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by Supervisor

    • Barmac Sales Support Specialist we are looking for in Vaughan,ON :

  • 2-3 years of sales and customer service experience.
  • Technical knowledge of garage doors and / or construction is advantageous.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred).
  • Previous experience in sales support, preferably in the construction or building industry.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
  • Knowledge of garage doors or related products is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be required.
