We are looking for a Learning and Development Specialist to join BrokerLink and work out of one of our offices in Alberta, Ontario or Atlantic region. On a Permanent FT Basis.
Reporting to Learning & Development, National Commercial Insurance. Trains and develops employees in multiple disciplines in commercial insurance. Prepares, supports, and trains employees in delivering exceptional customer service increasing individual productivity and building various skills and competencies. Aligns training with current strategic objectives. Adheres to department, program and regulatory policies and procedures.
