Description

  • Recruit, develop, motivate, and coach a high-performing sales team to achieve sales and customer service goals
  • Foster a service-driven culture that builds strong customer relationships and confidence in purchasing decisions
  • Lead by example on the sales floor, demonstrating strong selling and clienteling practices
  • Create and maintain visually appealing merchandising and window displays aligned with brand standards and seasonal direction
  • Oversee daily store operations including staff scheduling, inventory control, loss prevention, and store presentation
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming shopping environment for both customers and team members
  • Monitor store performance and track productivity metrics to drive consistent sales growth
  • Participate in leadership meetings and share insights on sales performance, competitive activity, and market trends
  • Support company initiatives, special projects, and operational priorities as required

Requirements

  • Retail management experience within fashion, apparel, or specialty retail
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing high-performing teams
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
  • Positive, optimistic, and results-oriented leadership style
  • Professional and polished presentation consistent with a fashion-focused retail environment
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
  • Proficiency with POS systems, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent organization, time management, and problem-solving abilities
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and work ethic
