Job descriptionMinimum of 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a luxury environment, in a logistics role. Experience with shipping, receiving, merchandising, order fulfillment, and inventory management. Strong attention to detail in processing incoming / outgoing merchandise. Ability to work collaboratively with in-store team and independently. Strong communication skills and ability to lift and move heavy boxes.
Summary
As a Logistics Associate at Harry Rosen in Laval, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of logistics within the store. You will be responsible for managing shipping and receiving processes, maintaining merchandise standards, and supporting order fulfillment.
Responsibilities
- Receive incoming merchandise from warehouse, vendors, and other stores.
- Follow quality control and receiving processes for all incoming goods.
- Prep product for placement on the sales floor in an organized and timely manner.
- Oversee outgoing merchandise shipments, including accuracy of all labels and packing slips.
- Support with picking E-Commerce and IST orders, achieving targeted unit per hour pick rates.
- Maintain a clean and organized shipping / receiving area.
- Assist with seasonal inventory preparations and counts.
- Identify, report, and troubleshoot common errors / discrepancies.
- Provide cross-functional team support and adhere to company standards.
