RVS is situated on the traditional territories of the Treaty 7 region of Southern Alberta including the Siksikaitsitapi (Siksika, Kainai, Piikani, Amskapi Pikuni), the Tsuut’ina, the Îyâxe Nakoda Nations (Bearspaw, Chiniki, Goodstoney), and the Rocky View Métis District.

The Opportunity
RVS invites you to apply for a part-time (0.6 FTE) Literacy teaching position starting immediately until February 14, 2025 at Muriel Clayton Middle School. Muriel Clayton Middle School is located in the City of Airdrie and is home to students from grades 5-8. This position is not open to those holding a Continuing Teaching contract with RVS.
The successful candidate must possess, or be eligible for an Alberta Teaching Certificate. To be eligible for an Alberta Teaching Certificate you must have applied for initial certification with Alberta Education at www.alberta.ca / teacher-certification .
