Lead - HR Business ParnterLocation : Calgary, Alberta CanadaInfosys is looking for a Lead - HR Business Partner within the Human Resources team. In this role, the respective individual will explore innovative means to review HR operations effectiveness; execute unit specific performance management initiatives; Assist with the periodic communication plan to ensure HR services delivery effectiveness. Responsible to improve candidate engagement and ensure fair and effective feedback mechanism which will lead to improved performance within the guidelines and policies of the organization QualificationBasicBachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. At least 5 years of work experience including HR domain.Location for this position is Calgary - Canada. Candidates must be located within commuting distance or be willing to relocate to this area. This position may require travel up to 15%Candidates authorized to work for any employer in Canada without employer-based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply.
