Responsibilities
Job Description : The Senior Project Team Lead will play a critical role in the success of the Windows 11 project by leading and mentoring a team of IT Support Analysts responsible for upgrading end-user computers in remote branch locations. This role demands strong technical expertise, leadership and communication skills, and a commitment to delivering a positive end-user experience. The Senior Team Lead will ensure seamless coordination between the Remote Teams, the Corporate Support team, and the onsite branch contacts, while adhering to project timelines and organizational standards.
Qualifications
Top Skills : 1) 3+ years of experience in IT support or a related field, with demonstrated experience leading technical teams. 2) Strong understanding of Windows operating systems, networking concepts, and common software applications. 3) Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. 4) Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively. 5) Proven ability to mentor and coach team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment. 6) Class 5 driver's license and a clean driving record. 7) Ability to repetitively lift up to 50 lbs.
