Lead Cook

• Prepare and cook food in accordance with established recipes and standards.
• Follow all food safety, handling, and sanitation protocols.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Supervise and support kitchen staff, delegating tasks when necessary.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Comply with client-specific requirements and business needs.
  
  

• Previous experience as a cook or in a related role is required.
• Supervisory experience in a kitchen setting is preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food safety regulations.
• Valid Food Safety Certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic math and counting skills.
• Able to meet physical demands: lifting, bending, standing, walking for extended periods.
• Must be willing to wear a uniform and use PPE as required.
• Criminal Record Check required.
