Job description
Lead - HR Business ParnterLocation : Calgary, Alberta CanadaInfosys is looking for a Lead - HR Business Partner within the Human Resources team. In this role, the respective individual will explore innovative means to review HR operations effectiveness; execute unit specific performance management initiatives; Assist with the periodic communication plan to ensure HR services delivery effectiveness. Responsible to improve candidate engagement and ensure fair and effective feedback mechanism which will lead to improved performance within the guidelines and policies of the organization QualificationBasicBachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. At least 5 years of work experience including HR domain.Location for this position is Calgary - Canada. Candidates must be located within commuting distance or be willing to relocate to this area. This position may require travel up to 15%Candidates authorized to work for any employer in Canada without employer-based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply. Infosys is unable to provide immigration sponsorship for this role at this timePreferred:HR domain knowledge of specific areas such as Compensation and Benefits, Organization Development.Team building and client facing skills.Crisis handling tasksFacilitate timely flow of information for analytics and reporting for different HR processes.Assist in manage and review the following – HR operations, Performance management frameworkManage and support the following aspects – Employee Assimilation, Hiring and Deployment, Performance Management. Execute unit specific performance management frameworkMonitor the employee governance process and adherence to code of conductManage all aspects of reporting, analytics and metrics as required.The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
