As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic Branch Manager / Senior Project Manager to lead our Owen Sound office into its next chapter of impact and success.
Since its inception, the Owen Sound office has cultivated a strong local presence and a supportive, collaborative work culture. As Branch Manager, you will continue to foster and enhance this environment through inspiring leadership, operational oversight, and strategic growth. You will also help grow the current team and strengthen GEI’s footprint in the Grey-Bruce region. Our Owen Sound office focuses on municipal infrastructure, transportation, land development, water resources, and environmental services.
About the Role :
As Branch Manager / Senior Project Manager, you will provide leadership, operational oversight, and project excellence for the Owen Sound team. You’ll serve as a key representative of GEI in the region—cultivating client relationships, expanding service offerings, and guiding a team of multidisciplinary professionals. Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage the daily operations of the Owen Sound branch
- Cultivate a strong, collaborative team culture focused on quality and continuous improvement
- Provide senior project management and technical oversight on key initiatives
- Maintain and expand relationships with clients, community stakeholders, and industry partners
- Mentor and support the growth and development of team members at all career levels
- Collaborate with other GEI offices to share knowledge, talent, and resources
- Contribute to business development, proposal writing, and client engagement efforts
