Cross-sell financial products and add-ons. Explain terms and conditions of financial products clearly. Assess prospective loans through financial analysis and risk evaluation. Manage collections activities for overdue accounts. Gather detailed information to process customer applications accurately. An excellent communicator, results-driven, and customer-focused. Compassionate, with integrity, and genuinely caring for customers. Some experience in a customer-facing role. Able to pass background checks (criminal, employment, credit).

As a Financial Service Representative , your responsibilities include generating sales and managing overdue accounts through direct engagement with customers, assisting them in building their credit via monthly payments.
