Construction Team Manager - Specialized Infrastructure

We're seeking an experienced Construction Team Manager to oversee the design, coordination, and execution of specialized infrastructure within a high-spec industrial facility. This role is central to managing static architectural elements, ensuring they meet quality, safety, and functional standards, while integrating seamlessly with broader construction efforts.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the planning and construction of specialized infrastructure in a controlled environment (e.g., clean and dry rooms).
• Manage the architectural scope from design to handover across all project phases.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to meet project timelines, budgets, and compliance requirements.
• Ensure integration of architectural systems with structural, mechanical, and electrical components.
• Conduct site inspections, manage risks, and enforce quality and safety standards.
• Oversee procurement, supplier coordination, and material tracking.
• Supervise contractors and service providers to ensure timely, compliant execution.
• Maintain detailed documentation and provide regular project updates to stakeholders.
• Review engineering deliverables and drive corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure adherence to regulations, sustainability practices, and design intent.
• Coordinate site activities, inspections, and handovers with precision and attention to detail.
