French teacher Jobs in Owen Sound, ON

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and resolve user issues, ensuring the smooth operation of ERP applications
• Actively participate in the software development lifecycle
• Review, categorize, assign, and complete incoming tickets
• Application user account management; unlocking accounts, creating new user accounts, disabling user accounts, updating user application security permissions.
• Gather requirements for improvements to applications
• Periodic checks for application performance and data continuity
• Participate in quality assurance testing and training sessions
• Maintain solution articles and training documentation
• Coordinate with other members of the IT team on tasks
• Other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• 2+ years post-secondary education in Computer Science or related field
• Experience in a support/help desk role and ticketing systems
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Strong customer service skills and problem solving
• Organizational skills and keen attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize tasks
• Advanced computer capabilities and proficiency with Microsoft Office Programs
• Experience in ERP Application Support and ability to understand all aspects of ERP Applications (training provided)
• Bilingual in French and English considered an asset

Pay: $53,000/annum
