Job descriptionProgram Duration : March 19th, 2026 – November 30th, 2026, with potential opportunities for future programs. Hours : 32 hours per week; shifts from Thursday to Sunday, 8 : 00 AM – 4 : 30 PM. Compensation : $25 per hour + sales incentives per machine sold. Training : Paid online training (schedule to be confirmed). Minimum 6 months of retail sales experience , ideally with sales targets or incentives. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals. Comfortable initiating conversations, engaging customers, and closing sales. Ability to thrive in a high-traffic, fast-paced retail setting. Previous experience in Costco or retail sales is an asset. Energetic, outgoing, and friendly personality. Access to a vehicle is required. Food Handler Certification required. Full availability Thursday to Sunday, 8 : 00 AM – 4 : 30 PM .

- Assess customer needs and recommend suitable coffee machines to drive sales.
- Work independently at the kiosk, ensuring an inviting and organized display.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to confidently address customer inquiries.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
