About the Role
We are looking for an adept Legal Administrative Assistant who will play a crucial role in supporting lawyers throughout all litigation stages. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in drafting court materials, managing discovery processes, and serving as a liaison for clients and legal counterparts.

Key Responsibilities

Draft and file various legal documents, including pleadings and affidavits.
Arrange and coordinate discovery processes, including document scheduling and communications.
Manage mediation processes, including mediator selection and client document coordination.
Support litigation and trial preparation activities, such as document assembly and legal research.
Maintain organized files and schedules to ensure efficient court proceedings and meetings.
Handle correspondence and general administrative duties essential for litigation success.

The Offer
This role offers a competitive salary ranging from $65,000.00 to $75,000.00, depending on experience. Benefits include:

What You Bring

3+ years of experience in legal administration in a family law or civil litigation setting.
