We are looking for passionate individuals to join our growing team and contribute to our mission of revolutionizing transit experiences.
We are currently seeking a dedicated Operations Support Analyst for our Edmonton location. The successful applicant will hold primary responsibility for the day to day tasks required to manage the systems and components of the Regional Smart Fare system (RSFS) enabling transit fare payments across the Edmonton Capital Region. Key responsibilities include monitoring service requests, managing fare media inventory, maintaining relationships with clients and third-party providers, developing and testing processes, and handling customer service issues.
This is an on-site, permanent role that will require some attendance at customer locations as required. An on-call component is also part of the attendance pattern.
Eligibility to undertake this role is restricted to citizens and permanent residents of Canada with the ability to work full time.
What You'll Need To Be Successful :
Essential :
- University Business degree or Technical Diploma in a related field
- At least 3 years experience in a system operations role providing stellar service to customers
- Ability to use a variety of devices and understand how they are used in business processes
- Incident, Problem and Change Management knowledge
- Proficient in G-Suite apps
- Excellent customer services skills and adept in conflict resolution
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities successfully
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with other department staff, management, transit agencies, and auditors
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Flexibility to work off-shift hours
- Strong ability to prioritize and organize work with a process improvement mindset
