Position Summary :
Reporting to the Manager, Enterprise Applications Support, this position is responsible for business and application analysis and support activities related to enhancing, maintaining, and supporting Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Management, Oracle Primavera, Power Apps / Flow Forma (data management automation), Oracle Analytics Cloud, Fusion Analytics Warehouse, and all other related software.
As part of the Enterprise Applications Support team, you will acquire knowledge and skills to support supply chain and project management-related software.
This position works directly with internal business users as part subject matter expert, part business analyst or technical business analyst and part business project leader of enhancements and maintenance changes.
What you get to do :
- Develop and validate dashboards and customize reporting using OTBI, OAC and Oracle Functionality.
- Serves as a Business Intelligence (BI) expert and lead for requirements analysis, data modelling, testing, security, integration, and query development.
- Guide EAS Application data analytic initiatives
- Define, capture, and manage functional business requirements within stakeholder joint application design sessions
- Document scope, requirements matrices and requirements traceability
- Execute project management documents and processes
- Engage with the system vendor to communicate ATCO's functional requirements and ensure that the vendor's plans and design meet ATCO's requirements
- Provide Tier 2 functional support and issue management relating to the application(s)
- Administer application environment access and configuration
- Monitor and manage external Tier 3 third-party vendors to deliver fixes, releases, and changes
- Conduct security and licensing reviews when necessary
- Promote the use and adoption of EAS applications by business users
- Support change management techniques, developing training materials and facilitating user training
- Create, update, and maintain administration processes and related documentation (admin guide processes, test scripts, reports, performance dashboards, etc.)
Qualifications :
- 3 - 5 years of experience in a Supply Chain or Project Controls position
- Diploma or Degree in Commerce, Computer Sciences or Business is preferred
- A Business Analysis certificate is preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Adept at business analysis techniques and tools
- Strong knowledge of the Business Analysis Book of Knowledge (BABOK)
- Knowledge of the Project Management Book of Knowledge (PMBOK) is an asset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is required
- Confident, self-motivated individual who takes initiative and works quickly and efficiently.
- Strong organizational, critical thinking, networking, and planning skills
- Background knowledge or experience in project management is preferred
- Experience with scheduling tools (MS Project, Primavera P6), reporting tools (BI Publisher, Oracle Analytics, Power BI), and / or flow chart tools (MS Visio, iGrafx) is an asset
