SUMMARY

The Project Manager plans and oversees the end-to-end delivery of assigned projects, ensuring they are completed within scope, budget, and requirements.

At this level :

Projects are generally of moderate complexity, risk, and exposure.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

For the assigned projects :

• Plans and manages the full lifecycle of projects, which are typically of moderate complexity and risk.
• Defines project scope, deliverables, and requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develops and executes detailed project plans.
• Estimates resource needs, budgets, and timelines.
• Identifies potential project risks and develops mitigation and contingency strategies.
• Monitors project progress to ensure timely delivery.
• Supervises project team activities and monitors task completion.
• Communicates project status effectively to stakeholders.
• Ensures project delivery aligns with scope, budget, timeline, and regulatory, environmental, health, and safety standards.
