Join a Thriving Private Practice as a Treatment Coordinator!
Be part of a tight-knit, long-term team that prides itself on providing exceptional care to the community. This private practice is currently a one-doctor clinic, soon to expand to two doctors, supported by 2 RDHs, an office manager, and 2 CDAs.
About the Role :
We’re looking for a Treatment Coordinator with :
- A strong background in treatment coordination, ideally with a focus on sales and customer service.
- The ability to explain treatment plans clearly and confidently to patients.
- Experience organizing and presenting treatment and financial plans.
- A solid understanding of dental insurance plans.
- A friendly, calm, and professional demeanor.
- Preferred but not required) A background in dental assisting.
