Job Description : We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Electrical Estimator / Project Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical estimating and project management, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for electrical projects, including labor, materials, and equipment.
- Analyze project plans, specifications, and requirements to determine the scope of work.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients.
- Coordinate and manage all phases of electrical projects from inception to completion.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines and budget constraints.
- Prepare and present project status reports to clients and management.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical estimating and project management.
- Experience with AutoCAD is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- PMP certification is a plus.
