We have an exciting opportunity for a Manager of Purchasing and Inventory with a great manufacturing organization in Kitchener.
In this role you will manage and lead the day-to-day operations of the business, including forecasting / planning inventory, purchasing, vendor management, inventory review, and order fullfillment. The right candidate for this role will have an analytical mindset coupled with great communication and leadership skills to encourage collaboration with various departments and international teams.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities include establishing and maintaining standard operating procedures, developing and reviewing processes, forecasting supply requirements, managing purchase requests, communicating with global teams, monitoring vendor performance, managing inventory counts and space utilization, overseeing order fulfillment and returns, and contributing to Navision system support. This also includes team management responsibilities such as performance management, training, and fostering a positive work environment.
