The role

We are hiring a Warehouse Associate (Equipment Processing & Inventory Control) to join our Ontario team. This is a hands-on, physically active role focused on ensuring all equipment entering and leaving the warehouse is clean, safe, properly stored, and ready for use. You will play a critical role in maintaining the flow of equipment and supporting both our clients and internal teams.

Schedule & Hours:

  • Full-time, Monday to Friday
  • Day shift (typically 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM)
  • 40 hours per week

How you will spend your days:

  • Equipment Cleaning & Processing (Core Focus)Clean, sanitize, and inspect all incoming and outgoing mobility equipment Ensure equipment meets quality and safety standards before being restocked or dispatched Identify and flag any damage or maintenance needs
  • Inventory Organization & Restocking

    Accurately return equipment and parts to their designated locations Maintain a clean, orderly, and easy-to-navigate warehouse Ensure high-demand items are consistently stocked and accessible
  • Physical Handling & Warehouse Flow

    Move, lift, and transport equipment (up to 50 lbs or more with assistance as needed) Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments Stage equipment for delivery, service, or customer pickup
  • Inventory Control & Accuracy

    Support cycle counts and inventory tracking Use internal systems (e.g., Navision) to maintain accurate inventory records Assist in minimizing loss, damage, or misplaced items
  • Team Support

    Collaborate with Service Technicians, Sales, and Admin teamsStep in to support wherever needed to keep operations running smoothly

What you bring to the role:

  • Experience. 1+ year in a warehouse, inventory, or physically active role
  • Physical capability: Comfortable lifting, moving, and handling equipment throughout the day
  • Attention to detail: You take pride in cleanliness, organization, and accuracy
  • Work ethic: Reliable, proactive, and willing to take ownership of your space
  • Technical comfort: Able to learn inventory systems and use basic computer tools
  • Communication: Able to work effectively with team members and support internal needs
