We’re hiring a certified Forklift Operator with experience using the Order Picker truck for a busy warehouse environment. In this role, you’ll be responsible for accurately picking and preparing orders, transporting materials safely, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in precision, safety, and keeping operations running smoothly.

Job Type: Temporary to Permanent

Location: Scarborough, ON

Pay Rate: $21.45/hour

What You'll Do:

Safely operate a forklift to pick and transport products to and from designated storage areas and order picking locations
Accurately pick, organize, and prepare orders for shipment or delivery
Ensure products are handled properly to prevent damage during picking and transport
Perform inventory checks and report discrepancies to the inventory control team
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area by following proper housekeeping and safety procedures
Assist with restocking shelves and organizing inventory as needed
Verify the accuracy of orders by checking product codes, quantities, and labeling
Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies while operating machinery
Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards promptly to supervisors
Perform other duties as assigned by the warehouse supervisor or manager

Valid forklift certification required
Proven experience operating a forklift, particularly in an order picking or warehouse setting, is required
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks in a fast-paced environment
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Knowledge of warehouse safety protocols and best practices
Basic math skills for order verification and inventory management
Ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods
Must be legally eligible to work in Canada and able to work full time hours as required by this position
